Ygor Majchrzyk

At only 15 years old, Ygor Majchrzyk already presents a unique profile as a percussionist.

 

Trained from a young age, he is now pursuing his studies as a young talent at the Royal Higher Institute of Music and Pedagogy ( IMEP ), developing his skills on keyboards, timpani and drums.

 

Winner of the Sonatina 2024 competition, he was recognized for his musicality and precision. A curious and open-minded multi-instrumentalist, he also explores the saxophone (alto, baritone, tenor), piano, and electronic composition, shaping an emerging artistic identity.

 

His ambition: to make percussion resonate with his generation, with a precise, musical and accessible style.
